The Ramekin stands out as a Semillon that defies convention. Chad and Gee carefully hand-harvested fruit from 90-year-old vines to produce this vibrant offering. The grapes were then placed in a clay amphora, where they underwent a month-long fermentation process with indigenous yeasts. Minimal amounts of sulfur were added during the winemaking process.

Upon emerging, The Ramekin reveals itself as a delightfully zesty wine, bursting with citrus flavours. Its captivating bouquet offers enticing aromas of pineapple, lemon, and pear. This wine is characterised by its bright and energetic profile, boasting a zippy nature that truly captivates the senses.

White Gate Wine Co, founded by Barossa locals Chad and Georgie (Gee), is driven by their passion to create approachable wines inspired by the likes of Burgundy and Beaujolais.
