About the Wine:

This medium-bodied Carignan was made using whole bunch fermentation. The aroma is generous and intense, filled with juicy purple fruit and iron notes. On the palate, you'll find a delightful combination of ripe blackcurrant, plum, and blueberry, perfectly complemented by subtle spice undertones.  The tannins are full and grippy, yet the wine maintains a refreshing quality. The finish is enjoyable, leaving lingering notes of baked plum, blackcurrant crumble, and cocoa. Overall, it's a fantastic wine that will leave you satisfied.
